For the safety and wellbeing of all pets in our care, please do not proceed with a booking if your pet is:
- elderly and requires close medical supervision
- experiencing ongoing health issues
- prescribed more than two types of medication
If, between the time of booking and your pet’s arrival, your pet is diagnosed with any health condition that requires medication, you must notify us immediately so we can assess suitability for boarding.
Failure to disclose relevant health information in advance will result in refusal of entry on arrival.

We are pleased to offer Doggy Day Care for dogs who would benefit from a fun, active and social day at the Pet Hotel while their owners are at work or otherwise occupied.
We provide a safe, stimulating and caring environment throughout the day, where your dog is treated as an individual and not a number Our aim is to make sure every dog receives the care, attention and interaction they need to enjoy a happy and fulfilling day with us.
Your dog will enjoy:
- 1 x 45-minute walk on a lead/harness.
- Playtime in our dedicated enrichment area, filled with exciting toys and activities.
- Plenty of staff interaction and attention during playtime, with a ratio of 1 staff member to every 5 dogs.
- A light, tasty brunch.
Our Doggy Day Care is available Monday to Saturday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.

Doggy Day Care Prices
- 1 day: £45 per day, including VAT.
- 2 or more days: £40 per day, including VAT.
- Saturday: £62 per day, including VAT.
Induction Day – £25
Before joining our Doggy Day Care, every dog must complete an induction day.
The induction is a half-day trial at £25 including VAT. This gives our team the opportunity to see how your dog settles into the Pet Hotel, interacts with their doggy day playmates and responds to our team.
Every dog is different, so the induction allows us to make sure Doggy Day Care is the right environment for your individual dog and that they will be happy and comfortable spending the day with us.
All new dogs must successfully complete an induction before regular Doggy Day Care can be booked.
