50% DEPOSIT REQUIRED UPON BOOKING
A 50% Deposit of the total balance is required before your booking is confirmed with the remaining balance to be paid on arrival. Should you cancel your booking, any deposit paid is non-refundable or transferable.
Please note, bookings for arrival within 14 days, full payment will be required at time of booking. This is non-refundable / non-transferrable in all cases.

Christmas & New Year Surcharge
A Christmas surcharge applies to all bookings that include the Christmas and New Year period. If the booking covers New Year only, the surcharge will be reduced to double the standard daily charges.
The Christmas surcharge is as follows:
£250 per dog kennel suite, regardless of the number of dogs from the same family sharing the suite.
£100 per cat pen, regardless of the number of cats from the same family sharing the pen
Extras
All prices include:
- Thermostatically controlled heating
- Food is included (excluding veterinary-prescribed foods). Premium options such as raw or high-end tinned foods will incur an additional surcharge. Please enquire.
- Administration of medication, however, please note this may incur an extra charge depending on complexity and regularity. A full telephone consultation and assessment will be given prior to booking acceptance.
- All enrichment toys, feeding bowls and bedding (changed daily) are supplied by Imberpark. Please note we do not accept belongings, we are here to look after your pet, not their belongings!
