Imberpark is situated near Shepperton, Middlesex. The cattery is easily accessible via major roads and motorways (M3, M25, A3 & A4) not only for Middlesex, but Heathrow, London, Greater London and other Home Counties.

50% DEPOSIT REQUIRED UPON BOOKING
A 50% Deposit of the total balance is required before your booking is confirmed with the remaining balance to be paid on arrival. Should you cancel your booking, any deposit paid is non-refundable or transferable.
Please note, bookings for arrival within 14 days, full payment will be required at time of booking. This is non-refundable / non-transferrable in all cases.
Veterinary attention charges within our care
Weekdays (9am - 6pm) - 1 hour minimum.
£55.00 per hour
Out-of-hours, evenings, nights, weekends & bank holidays - 1 hour minimum.

Christmas & New Year Supplement Fee
A Christmas supplement fee applies to all bookings that include the Christmas and New Year period.
If your booking covers Christmas only, the Christmas supplement fee still applies.
If your booking covers New Year's Day only, the supplement will be reduced to double the standard daily rate.
£120 per cat pen (This price covers the pen, regardless of how many cats from the same family are sharing.)
*Please note, the daily single supplement fee does not apply to Christmas & New Year bookings*

MEDICATION ADMINISTRATION
£2 per day medication administration (2 drugs only).
All prices include:
- Thermostatically controlled heating
- Food is included (excluding veterinary-prescribed foods). Premium options such as raw or high-end tinned foods will incur an additional surcharge. Please enquire.
- All enrichment toys, feeding bowls and bedding (changed daily) are supplied by Imberpark. Please note we do not accept belongings, we are here to look after your pet, not their belongings!
